Who am I ? 

Yesterday I was clever, I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.

Commitment – Respect – Growth are values that are dear to me since I am little girl. 

My passion is to understand why we do what we do, and how we do it. 


I choose to study psychology as a mean to better understand how our mind works and what are the tricks and triggers to use for growing.

I choose to study Holistic Nutrition and Yoga to deepen my awareness of self and respect my body more.

I choose to show up as a practitioner of wellbeing to spread love, peace and harmony, so we can all move toward something that is in better alignement with ourselves.

Wellness retreats

Creating spaces where we meet our limitations and attachements since 2017.
The retreats are a combination of Yoga, Psychology and Emotional balancing work with a touch on Holistic Nutrition. I feel better when I can serve and therefore I honore and respect the ones that I trust me to build practices that orient ourselves towards love and healing.

If you are looking for a health coach :

The body send us signals and holds information at all times to allow time for prevention, therefore we start to look at your physical limitations and blocages - through the practice of yoga that gives us insights on the emotional blocages that may interfere with your growth as well as diving into your nutrition. 

When we speak nutrition we are not only looking at what you put on your plate - but mainly focusing on all the other areas, work, home, self care (...) that impact your light, that impact the ability you have to show up and how you show up. 

Again everything is a choice. 
My approach is a soft one - we take the time to heal and we don't impose things on ourselves. I hold you accountable without pushing you to do things that you are not ready for. 
I believe that there is a rhythm to follow as not everything blooms all year long.

I have build a 6 weeks teacher embodied training that we do together.

We work on your ability to be present and to take over the room with your chosen energy. We work voice activation, energy dynamics within poses, alignments and cues. Write to me to learn more about the training.

For the curious ones...

I choose to embark on a Yoga Teacher Training because I refused to let myself fall under the  pressure of society to identify with a title when I hadn't spent enough time understanding and being with myself. So in 2016 I took a plane to Bali, Ubud and started a 200h of yoga teacher training (Little did I know this would show me infinite potentials) which really were 350h of powerful emotional and physical work that empowered me with shadow work, discovering my limits and embracing myself. I came out of this training a new person and my direction was set. 

In 2017, I moved to Melbourne Australia to get a diploma of Positive Psychology while traveling throughout SouthEast Asia in the meantime to discover new cultures, empower myself through the highest form of School : LIFE. I choose to continue my study in Nutrition with the renown school of Integrative Nutrition from New York, while still traveling this time through Oceania. I continued my journey and ended up in Switzerland teaching and coaching for about 3 years. Living a ''Normal Life''.
It was a beautiful time but the adventurous part of me wasn't ready to settle. I packed my bag ready to hit the road, but covid hit first being the free spirit that I am, I found work that would allow me to move and travel with contracts during that time. This is when I joined to PlayPauseBe team and started teaching online. I realised that  my work was very efficient and helped others. I developed a love for this intimacy, depth connection that I build even separated from a screen. Giving my attention to one single person made me connect to my sensibility and desire to grow my range of practices of how to better serve.
I continued my education with different trainings, such as Energy Healing, a lot of personal development, self help books and practices to be where I am now. But I have come so far and achieved so much but the best part of all is that this is only the beginning. I will never stop growing for my evolution is eternal and I am forever becoming.  Becca Lee a quote that inspired me. 

I love learning I love sharing my findings and more than anything I love to experience.

I have just embarked on a new journey of learning with the AOM school to gain new knowledge and serve better. I am lucky to share some physical classes at the Floripa Yoga Center in Sicily during the summers, where we also offer training and weekly workshops.

I am lucky to have friends owning Studios and Centres, in Switzerland, Italy and Portugal where I can share live sessions:
